BECOME A GSU AMBASSADOR!
Ambassadors help spread the message of sistahood. The first thing to do is to submit your GSU sign or video
(2 mins max).

HELP A SISTA IN NEED.
Think of a woman that you may know that is in need. Reach out to her with a simple gesture such as a DM, text message or phone call. Find out what she needs by observing or asking her. See if there is something you can do to lighten her load.
VOLUNTEER IN THE COMMUNITY.
There are many ways to volunteer your time to make your community better. Some include:

Connext with a food pantry or grassroots organization in your community.

Mentor a young woman in your network.

Collaborate with other women entrepreneurs.

PLANT A FLOWER HER MEMORY.
Plant a flower to honor the memory of Wessita McKinley, Founder of Sistas United Inc & Global Sistas United Day. Wessita's passion for the community spoke volumes. Her legacy will live on through her Sistas.
For those who can, take it a step further & plant start a vegetable or herb garden! Share your harvest with neighbors & members of your community.
