Speaking out about being a survivor of lymphoma cancer
Within the past few weeks, it has been a wonderful experience to be interviewed on several platforms sharing my story of being a Lymphoma Cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with cancer in September 17th of 2020. I'm in remission as of March 2021. It took quite some time to determine how I was going to go about sharing my story. I have met so many amazing people who have asked to interview me on my experience of being a survivor of lymphoma cancer.
It's been very therapeutic for me more. I am becoming more confident in being able to share my story of being a survivor of cancer. I pray to give people hope and that they will continue to believe, have faith and trust the process. I have said since day one when people ask how am I doing, my response is, "Take it second by second. Minute by minute. Hour by hour. Day by day. Be intentional. Be consistent. AND be present."
To think about where I was last year to where I am to where I am today, I am grateful for the journey. I pray that I have been a blessing to you and when you see me you don't see me, you see God's wonderful work and you trust him. Continue to trust the process. God bless!
